Decreto 1331 de 1964 · por el cual se reglamentan las matrículas y pensiones en los establecimientos educativos y privados, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Artículo segundo. Queda prohibido anticipar el pago de las matrículas al finalizar el año escolar. Los padres de familia podrán separar cupos sin que esto implique erogación alguna por parte de ellos.

Parágrafo

El valor que por concepto de pago de matrículas se haya depositado con anterioridad a la expedición del presente Decreto podrá dejarse en calidad de depósito, el cual será devuelto al no confirmarse la matrícula a tiempo de iniciarse el periodo fijado en el artículo 1°.
