Suspensión o cancelación de la licencia de funcionamiento. El incumplimiento de los deberes y obligaciones así como de las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia, acarreará las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 356 de 1994, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales, administrativas y disciplinarias a que hubiere lugar. La Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada regulará lo pertinente.
