TRANSPORTE MARITIMO. Todos los renglones cuya compra se financie en total o en parte de conformidad con este acuerdo, y que se exporten por vía marítima a Colombia, se transportarán desde los Estados Unidos en navíos de registro estadounidense, como o exige la Resolución pública número 17 del Septuagésimotercero Congreso de los Estados Unidos, salvo en cuanto se obtenga una renuncia a tal exigencia, según lo establece la mencionada resolución pública.
