Presentación de la solicitud. La solicitud de reconocimiento como Universidad se formulará ante el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional hará el estudio correspondiente que permita al Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior – CESU emitir el concepto previo indicado en el artículo 20 de la Ley 30 de 1992. Para tales efectos, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional propondrá al CESU el sistema de verificación de estos requisitos.
