Para cobrar del Tesoro Nacional el valor de los gastos de personal y material del Cuerpo, en cada una de las tres décadas del mes, el Habilitado presentará una Libranza á cargo de la Tesorería general, la cual debe ser visada por el Director general del Cuerpo y con el "páguese" del Ministro de Gobierno.
