El que destruya, inutilice, haga desaparecer o de cualquier otro modo dañe bien ajeno, mueble o inmueble, cuando el monto del daño no exceda de diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) a doce (12) meses, siempre que el hecho no constituya delito sancionado con pena mayor.
