Art. 8.º El valor asegurable de las mercaderías será el que tengan al tiempo de ser embarcadas en el lugar en que estos se verifique junto con todos los gastos ocasionados hasta ponerlas a bordo, incluyendo el costo del seguro, salvo que los contratantes hayan estipulado otras bases de estimación.
