º . El artículo 8 del Decreto 2269 de 1993 quedará así: "Artículo 8º. Previamente a su comercialización, los fabricantes, importadores y comercializadores deberán demostrar el cumplimiento del reglamento técnico a través del certificado de conformidad expedido por un organismo acreditado o designado. En materia de etiquetado el cumplimiento del reglamento técnico se realizará de conformidad con lo establecido en el mencionado reglamento técnico. Se podrá demostrar el cumplimiento del reglamento técnico con declaración del proveedor, cuando así lo permita el respectivo reglamento técnico".
