Debe evitarse la inscripción de individuos menores de 19 años. Si estas inscripciones se hicieren equivocadas o inexactas por los datos suministrados maliciosamente por el matriculado, la inscripción debe anularse si se comprueba el engaño, y sin perjuicio de aplicar las sanciones determinadas por el artículo 42 de la Ley.
