Cuando sea nombrada liquidadora una persona que administre bienes de la cooperativa, no podrá ejercer el cargo sin que previamente se aprueben las cuentas de su gestión, por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas. Si transcurridos treinta (30) días desde la fecha de su designación, no se hubieren aprobado dichas cuentas, se procederá a nombrar nuevo liquidador.
