El que fuera de los casos de que trata el artículo anterior, destruye o inutilice por cualquier medio y con ánimo de causar daño a las Fuerzas Militares, armas municiones y en general elementos destinados al uso y servicio de aquellas, incurre en prisión de dos a ocho años.
