Caso de que el Contratista, señor Nieto, no aceptare el contrato en la forma en que está concebido con las modificaciones, autorízase al Gobierno para celebrar nuevo contrato sin lugar a licitación pública, teniendo como base las condiciones estipuladas en esta Ley.
