El gobierno procederá a construir una carretera que una al municipio de Natagaima, pasando por el punto denominado La Barca , con la carretera que vincula a los municipios de Purificación-Prado y Dolores, en el Departamento del Tolima.

Esta vía se declara de utilidad pública.
