º . Transitorio. Para las mercancías de que trata este decreto, que hubieren ingresado con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, serán admisibles como prueba de la legal introducción e importación al territorio aduanero, la declaración de importación junto con sus documentos soporte, en donde se evidencie que las mercancías obtuvieron levante antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, acompañados de la factura comercial de venta en el territorio colombiano, si a ello hubiere lugar.
