Art. 1.° El individuo que se crea con derecho a la gracia concedida por el artículo 1.° de la lei de 21 de mayo último, presentará ante la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina una solicitud pidiendo: 1.° Que se certifique si la pension que se le habia concedido era por causa de invalidez; i 2.° Que se disponga el reconocimiento de dicha invalidez.

Decreto 18700624 de 1870 · en ejecución de la lei de 21 de mayo de 1870, que manda reintegrar a los pensionados que capitalizaron su pension el tres por ciento que se le dedujo al tiempo de la capitalizacion.
