Art. 9.° Los relijiosos esclaustrados tienen derecho, desde la fecha en que manifestaren o hubieren manifestado su voluntad de recibirla, a la renta vitalicia que el Poder Ejecutivo les declare o haya declarado, conforme al articulo 72 de la lei de 29 de mayo de 1864, ya citada. Esta renta se pagará mensualmente en los términos prescritos en el artículo 2136 del Código Fiscal.
