Art. 1.º Las Sociedades anónimas, domiciliadas fuera del país, que tengan por objeto empresas de carácter permanente en el territorio de la Republica, habrán de protocolizar el documento de su fundación y sus estatutos en la Notaria de la circunscripción donde esté el asiento principal del tráfico de su explotación.
