Transferencia de la garantía mobiliaria. La garantía mobiliaria se podrá transferir cediendo los derechos que conlleva, en desarrollo de la manifestación del acreedor garantizado, o en virtud de los procesos de venta, transferencia o titularización de la obligación u obligaciones que respaldan.

En estos eventos se entienden trasladados al nuevo acreedor garantizado los derechos y mecanismos de ejecución pactados. En el Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias deberá inscribirse el nuevo acreedor a través del diligenciamiento del formulario de modificación cesión.
