LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Art. 6.° Quedan exceptuados del indulto los responsables de delitos comunes, los cabecillas de expediciones organizadas en país extranjero para invadir el territorio colombiano, y los individuos que por haber tomado parte en dichas expediciones han sido juzgados y condenados en Concejo de Guerra.
