La pensión de invalidez excluye la jubilación y la cesantía sin derecho a opción. Si el inválido falleciere antes de que el monto de las pensiones recibidas equivalgan al auxilio de cesantía que le hubiere correspondido por su servicio, sus derecho-habientes percibirán la diferencia.
