Artículo 2°

Las Gobernaciones no podrán darle su aprobación a los presupuestos municipales que no hayan apropiado las partidas correspondientes para el pago de los directores municipales de Higiene a que se refiere la presente ley.

Parágrafo

Para ser director municipal de higiene, se necesita ser colombiano y medico graduado.
