Los subsidios se otorgarán para facilitar las soluciones de vivienda propuesta por el beneficiario, pero si ella forma parte de un conjunto o de un plan de soluciones éstas deberán cumplir las condiciones y especificaciones que señale la autoridad competente, después de evaluar sus características sanitarias, técnicas y económicas.
