ARTICULO 5o. Cuando se trate de cubrir vacantes transitorias, licencias, comisiones, suspensión del cargo y suspensión provisional, la autoridad nominadora podrá vincular o autorizar el servicio por el sistema de hora- cátedra o por horas extras, sin sujeción a los límites establecidos en los artículos 4o. y 7o. de este decreto. Igualmente, las Juntas Administradoras de los Fondos Educativos Regionales, podrán autorizar al nominador para vincular personal por el sistema de hora-cátedra o autorizar el servicio por horas extras, por encima de los límites establecidos en este decreto, en los casos previstos en el inciso anterior.
