º. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal, para poder tomar posesión del cargo, deberán acreditar ante el Ministerio de Gobierno que reúnen las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 32 de la Ley 4ª de 1943 y otorgar la caución de que trata el artículo 9º del Decreto número 1115 de 1940.
