Las ordenanzas departamentales y los acuerdos de los Consejos Administrativos vigentes al tiempo de la promulgación de esta Ley continuarán observandose en las diferentes Secciones ó Departamentos para los cuales fueron dictados, siempre que no sean contrarios á las leyes y mientras no hayan sido derogados.
