Los alcaldes locales sancionarán con multa a quienes, sin la autorización, ocupen por más de seis (6) horas las vías y los espacios públicos con materiales o desechos de construcción. Las multas serán de un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, por cada día de ocupación de la vía o espacio público.
