Antes de efectuar la marcha, el Comandante del buque pasará al Jefe Militar respectivo la relación pormenorizada de los útiles que juzgue necesarios. Esta relación sufrirá las alteraciones que crea convenientes el Jefe y verificará las compras consultando la economía y calidad. Lo propio se verificará en el caso de que la nave demande refección. Estos contratos, si excedieren de cien pesos, se someterán á la aprobación del Ministerio, pues sin este requisito no serán válidos. Sección 3ª COMPROBANTES.
