Modifíquese el literal c del artículo 11 del Decreto 2190 de 2009, el cual quedará así: "c) Los recursos restantes, se distribuirán bajo la denominada "Bolsa para Postulaciones de Ahorro Programado Contractual con Evaluación crediticia favorable, leasing habitacional y arrendamiento con opción de compra" entre los hogares postulantes de todos los municipios del país, independientemente de la categoría que les corresponda según la ley".
