CUBRIMIENTO DE VACANTES. Las vacantes definitivas que se presenten en el Consejo Directivo por muerte, dimisión, o incapacidad permanente de alguno de sus miembros, serán llenadas por los suplentes respectivos, hasta nueva designación del principal, de conformidad con el reglamento del Consejo Directivo. Las vacantes temporales serán cubiertas por el delegado o miembro suplente respectivo de conformidad con las normas legales y reglamentarias.
