Artículo primero . Establéese con carácter obligatorio para todos los establecimientos educativos oficiales y privados existentes en la República o que se abran después de la fecha de este Decreto, la inscripción anual ante la Secretaria de Educación Pública del Departamento donde tales establecimientos funcionen. Esta inscripción debe hacerse antes de principiar las tareas del año lectivo correspondiente, y en la forma como se ordena en el presente Decreto.
