La Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil confrontará la información de las personas a las cuales les fueron suprimidos los empleos con el reporte sobre las vacantes de que trata el artículo anterior, para determinar los empleos a los cuales puedan ser incorporados. La decisión al respecto, será comunicada por el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil a los nominadores de las entidades en las cuales se encuentren las vacantes para que procedan a efectuar las respectivas incorporaciones.
