Los adjudicatarios del subsidio familiar de vivienda que lo apliquen a la adquisición de una solución de vivienda financiada parcialmente con crédito otorgado por las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, gozarán de las condiciones de amortización especial que para el efecto establezca la Junta Monetaria.
