La totalidad de material bibliográfico, perteneciente a los centros de documentación de los Consejos Regionales de Planificación, será transferido al Banco de la República, para lo cual, se suscribirá un convenio con el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en el cual se garantice el acceso y la difusión del material entregado, tanto a nivel nacional como regional.
