Art. 1.° La Aduana de Cúcuta tomará por medio de prensa, o a la mano, un duplicado de la copia de la factura i la guía de mercaderías de tránsito, de que trata el inciso 2.°del artículo 232 del Código fiscal, i estenderá al pié de ella copia de las anotaciones que espresa el inciso 5.° del mismo artículo. Este documento se remitirá al Cónsul de la Union en San Antonio del Táchira para los efectos, que espresa el articulo presente decreto.
