º El artículo 2º del Decreto número 2969 de 1983, quedará así: "Artículo 2º El revisado de que trata el artículo 57 de la ley que se reglamenta, se hará anualmente por las correspondientes autoridades. En caso de que se solicite cambio de radicación o registro, deberá presentarse el respectivo paz y salvo de la Entidad Territorial de origen".
