ARTICULO 16 . Transitorio . De las plantas de personal. La clasificación y nomenclatura de los empleos existentes en las plantas del personal del servicio administrativo de las Embajadas, Misiones, Consulados en el exterior continuará vigente hasta tanto el Gobierno Nacional determine la nueva Planta de Personal, sin que ésta implique un incremento de las correspondientes apropiaciones presupuestales.
