Con el ánimo de garantizar el derecho al pago oportuno de las mesadas pensiona les, Colpensiones podrá recurrir a los recursos de liquidez propios con el propósito de atender el pago de las obligaciones establecidas en los artículos 137 y 138 de la Ley 100 de 1993. Estos recursos serán devueltos por la Nación a Colpensiones, bajo los términos y condiciones acordados por las partes.
