Las sanciones establecidas en los Decretos 283 de 1990 y 353 de 1991 para los distribuidores mayoristas y minoristas, serán aplicables a los transportadores que infrinjan las disposiciones de este Decreto. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá delegar en otras autoridades, la facultad de sancionar a los transportadores infractores.
