ARTICULACIÓN DEL PLAN NACIONAL DE DESARROLLO CON EL PLAN ESPECIAL PARA EL DESARROLLO DE BUENAVENTURA. A través del presente Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, se garantiza la inclusión y articulación del plan integral especial para el desarrollo de Buenaventura y las llamadas “inversiones prioritarias”, según los términos del artículo 5° parágrafos 4° y 5° y del artículo 10 de la Ley 1872 de 2017.
