°. Modifíquese el artículo 4.2.0.2. de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 4.2.0.2. Otras operaciones. Por medio de estos sistemas podrá también facilitarse la celebración de operaciones interbancarias, operaciones de reporto o repo, operaciones simultáneas y operaciones de transferencia temporal de valores”.

Decreto 343 de 2007 · por el cual se dictan disposiciones para unificar la reglamentación prudencial de las operaciones establecidas en el Decreto 4432 de 2006 realizadas por entidades sometidas a inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y los fondos mutuos de inversión controlados, se modifica el régimen de inversiones de las reservas técnicas de las entidades aseguradoras y de las sociedades de capitalización y se dictan otras disposiciones relacionadas.
