Art. 2.º El Poder Ejecutivo podrá también contratar la construccion de la parte de esa misma línea comprendida entre el rio Carare o cualquiera de los afluentes del rio Magdalena i un punto de la altiplanicie cercano a Chiquinquirá, haciendo uso de las autorizaciones de que trata el articulo 1.º de esta lei.
