ARTICULO 99. Destino de los aportes. Los aportes de que tratan los artículos 97 y 98 de este Decreto, con excepción del uno por ciento (1%) para el pago de servicios médico-asistenciales, se destinarán para capitalización y obligaciones de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con las determinaciones que tome su Junta Directiva.
