Artículo primero. De los fondos señalados en el Capítulo 86, artículo 1438 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, destínase la suma de $ 319.219.12 para sueldos de personal, alimentación de los alumnos y empleados internos, gastos varios y dotación de las Escuelas Vocacionales Agrícolas que funcionarán en los Departamentos y territorios nacionales en 1949.
