° . Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades . Sin perjuicio de los programas y actividades que se requiera ejecutar durante el proceso de liquidación, conforme lo determine el Gobierno Nacional, en el reglamento a que hace referencia el artículo 1 del presente Decreto, el Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro "Fonprenor" en liquidación, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente, para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos necesarios para su liquidación.
