Los agentes retenedores deberán consignar los Impuestos al Oro y al Platino en el establecimiento bancario que señale la Dirección Tesorería General de la República. dentro de los 5 días siguientes a aquel en que se efectúe la compra del metal, en los formatos que para el efecto prescriba la Dirección Tesorería General de la República.
