Artículo cuarenta. El Ministro de Fomento procederá a adelantar el estudio de las solicitudes pendientes sobre modificación o reajuste de las tarifas en las demás ciudades del país, y fijará el valor del pasaje teniendo en cuenta los estudios de costos respectivos, las condiciones especiales de cada localidad, y las demás normas previstas en la Ley que se reglamenta por medio del presente Decreto.
