Para la entrega a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo anterior, sólo se requerirá solicitud dirigida al Director del Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas por el Ministro de Defensa Nacional, por el Director General de la Policía o por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, y la elaboración de un acta que suscribirán el almacenista del Fondo en donde se encuentre el vehículo y el delegado de la entidad receptora, en la cual constarán las características y estado del mismo. Copia del acta será remitida al Director del Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas para que sea comunicada al juez del conocimiento.
