Los organismos de autorregulación están en la obligación de certificar la vinculación de sus miembros o de las personas naturales vinculados a estos, en cualquier tiempo. No obstante, la certificación que expida el organismo de autorregulación que ejerza funciones disciplinarias no se referirá a la idoneidad o solvencia moral del miembro o persona vinculada que la solicita.
