ARTICULO 3.1.1.1.- PROCEDIMIENTO. En la constitución de las entidades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Valores se aplicará, ante dicha entidad, el procedimiento previsto por los artículos 1.1.2.0.3. y siguientes del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, o las normas que los sustituyan. Lo anterior sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los requisitos específicos exigidos para su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios.
