Las personas que formen parte del Consejo Directivo, Comité de Vigilancia, el Gerente y el Fiscal de una sociedad de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor y derechos conexos, no podrán figurar en órganos similares de otra sociedad de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor y derechos conexos.

El Gerente no podrá ejercer como miembro del Consejo Directivo, Comité de Vigilancia ni de ningún otro órgano de la sociedad de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor y derechos conexos.
